This is exactly as it should be.

I wouldn't take long before the trolls were sent out by C.C. Thought Police.

Actually, GS, I came here according to your suggestion.
PS -- I am not trolling, and CC has no "thought police," whatever that may mean.

Than why are they going around telling people what they can and can't say on the site? That is the definition of thought police.

It's a shame, when posters don't even know the term "Thought Police." The education level of some posters is extremely evident.
Big Brother is watching you.
Hey guys, read "1984" and you might understand the term, "Double Speak" which I think is used quite often by the administrators of C.C.

What a good way to defend the "there is no CC thought police statement". By policing thoughts. Good job. I don't understand this site and its problem with free speech.

This is a private business venture. You will find, when life grants you further business experience, that the vast majority of respectable businesses favor anti-vulgarity policies as well as policies that discourage verbal attacks on other people. This is especially true when such vulgar attacks are directed towards their customers, as the flamers' vulgar attacks were. CC's flamers policy is quite normal, and quite overdue.
Also, they are not policing your thoughts, only the text that they will sponsor on the pages of their privately-owned website. You are free to think (or not think) whatever you want.
There are no CC "thought police." A more accurate term may be "text police," but in any case, you are definitely fighting a losing battle. Actually, you lost this one long before you woke up this morning.

Fantastic, stop baiting. There are forum rules and that's what the moderators job is to do. I am not policing thought, but inappropriate actions.

Fantastic, your mentioning of the term "free speech" has struck a chord.
I never saw any advertisements when I paid my yearly dues saying that this website acts as a free-speech podium for any of its members. If it had ever advertised such a policy, you may have had some kind of a case, but it never has. It is a gaming site, and it happens to have a forum for polite, respectful, civilized conversations, along with rules and enforcers of the rules, to uphold those standards.
Actually, they are doing a great job, and they deserve your thanks, not your trolling and your seemingly endless prima donna complaints.

You should really look in the mirror, when it comes to trolling.
Why are YOU being a so-called mouth piece for C.C.? Are you now a moderator or administrator? Why are you trolling the threads and speaking against anyone wanting to discuss FLAME WARS? Why does this bother you so much? Why do you spend so much time belittling [FLAMING] those that you disagree with?
It's obvious that you want to derail any thread that YOU disagree with.
Leave us alone and FLAME elsewhere.

I'm up for joining if I'm deemed worthy. New to CC (member for about a month and a half), but am spending a lot of time here lately.
