I love guinea pigs, their bulging eyes, skittishness, the wide range of stupid chirping noises that they make.

Did you know they were domesticated as a food source by the Incas? You can still buy them, grilled, in lots of places in western South America.

I was close to until I saw the way the thread went in the last 4 pages or so....
