As I just told you via PM, you did receive an invite for round 2 on Saturday morning, along with everyone else that qualified for the second round of the Midwest Region. I also told you that if dean00 was willing to play it out, I'd remake the games; otherwise, the decision must stand. Apologies

As I said, I will follow-up with the person playing for me while I was out of town this weekend. My apologies for not talking with him first and spending time with our family on a trip for a wedding.

I just have to say Wendt is here and ready to play now so why not just make the games, what is the big deal? Stating you have 48 hrs to join or forfeit is crap especially when no reminder is sent AND you are in the playoffs! Plus you have to take in consideration you sent it over the weekend when many people are out of town and have others play for them who don't check messages.

Looks like the prayers of villanova were answered.... He got the better drop in all 3 games... and by far better rolls in the series... Columbia takes a loss in the 2nd round thanks to the lopsidedness of CC

Just got bounced from the NIT by Marshall (nice game nesterdude).
A final thanks to dowian for taking this monster over, and I hope all had fun again this year. I'll be back next season with some sort of tag-team effort to make NCAA Hoops even better in 2010-11. Check it out in late-October, I'll send notices out to all you entered this year's tourney.

Looks like Duquesne is moving to the Sweet 16! Let's hope they do better than Pittsburgh teams usually do at that stage!!

Darn, Santa Clara lost. My Zags are the only WCC team in postseason play now.

#9 seed Kansas St. upsets the #1 seeded Memphis thanks to a timely 3 card cash. Good games josko. Who's next?

Congrats. I was hoping all my fellow #1 seeds would be joining me in the Sweet Sixteen though. I especially wanted a crack at Memphis after I lost a game I should've won on his home court. That loss appears to have put me in the Midwest Bracket instead of the West so I wanted the rematch. Oh well I guess.

All brackets are updated.
12 of the 16 Sweet Sixteen teams have been determined already... four slots to go. No new games until at least Tuesday, unless there's a conclusion to the USC-Tennessee first-round marathon in the South

Wow there's still a first round match-up going on. What's their problem. I finished the hive in the first round and the 2nd round. I'm going to look into this lol.

It's the deciding game on Age of Merchants, Round 17 Escalating. Dbandit is down 20 troops but if he can turn-in (which he probably will with 4 cards) then he'll get 35 turn-in and should take control since his opponent (Tenn.) only has 2 cards. It's 15-35 on the troops, so Dowian could even end it this round, but I anticipate something left over and him finishing it off in the 18th. That's the biggest possibility I see at a glance.

The games continue...
I'm waiting to do a full update until the end of this game: [game]6972557[/game]
This is because I don't want to start third-round matchups until all first-round matchups are complete... I don't want one side of the bracket to get too far ahead of the other

All Sweet Sixteen games will come out tonight... the last second-round invite was just sent out.
17 teams left, only one champion... who's it going to be?
Good luck, everyone!

This blows. I know my Sweet Sixteen is probably over after 1 round.
3 maps:
Route 66 - He got first turn but I can overcome it.
Italia - I got first turn but he had 3 cities for plus 2 bonus. I was only able to break 1 city and bring it down to plus 1 and lost a lot in the process.
D-Day - He got first turn and took 2 bonuses for plus 12. I took my plus 7 on my turn and couldn't do nothing. So that game is over.
It just sucks to make it this far and have that crap happen. I knew it could happen. Happens on CC all the time but I really wanted to lose in a slugfest if I lost and not on drops. Oh well. We'll see if I can defy the odds now.
