How about the Americans who put these people in power while idling standing by doing nothing to pressure their government into drastically changing it's business as usual plan?

I'm throwing a Guy Fawkes party tonight.
Being in NJ, it turns out I can't have fireworks.Not even sparklers.
Or a fire.
In researching into what you could have that would make a noise (other than an orgy), I discovered that blank bullet cartridges are classified as "fireworks".
So you can buy real bullets, (and last year the courts overturned a ruling that a local gun shop was not allowed to sell more than one automatic weaon a day to each customer) but blanks are regarded as being too dangerous.
So instead of having fireworks and burning an effigy, we're going to obey the law and just fire our machine guns into the air.

I have been saying how F-ed up the law is on this for years! In IL we can only have class 1/C fireworks. That means smoke bombs (lasting only a certain amount of time) snakes, and sparklers. Oh yeah, Pop Its! are ok too. It's Chicago's fault, no doubt. So last year we just went and shot guns around for a few hours.
This year a friend who is in the Army in Afghanistan just happened to be coming home to celebrate the fourth with us. So he stole some cool stuff and we exploded it.

Actually Dick Cheny had the honors of burning the child-like effigy at Bohemian Grove before becoming vice president. True story I guess.

took my lad to the local park where they always have a massive fireworks display. always muddy on the feild. started of fairly shit, but got a lot better and louder.
