I remembered some, but not all. I didn't know that the wrestling chicks died too?

The last time I watched wrestling was back in the late '80s, so most of those have passed me by. However I was surprised to see one of the Bulldogs up there.

The British Bulldog wasn't included (at least I don't think, Gypsy's post has thrown me in a loop) and he is dead. Some of those surprised me like Crash Holly.

Davey boy Smith.

When I finished grade 12 my two best friends wanted to be pro wrestlers, they probably should have at least tried out or something. They got jobs and let the dream die I guess. I think I recognise a bunch of the names, some from screen names here but I only know around 8, mostly because we're from Calgary home of Stampede wrestling, where a bunch of them started including the british bulldogs and obviously the Hart family. I had a class substituted by Keith Hart once and one of the other Hart brothers was a substitute teacher here too.

You could have bought Stu Hart's house a few years ago, it still had the training school area called "the dungeon" where a ton of them learned the trade. I was surprised Bret didn't buy it out to keep it. I don't know maybe he was upset because he lost his dad and it has not been long enough since Owen went also. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stu_Hart

You should have seen Davey boy Smith and The Dynamite kid way back. They were like the british terriers then one year they hit the 'roids and pretty much doubled their size.

So wrasslin' is a good thing, I found an article on the "Phoney" war linked to that Stu Hart page.

I remember 10 of those. I'm guessing quite a few of those were from the 80's or early 90's as I didnt have a clue who they were.

Ravishing Rick Rude is dead! I never heard about that. I just googled it and he died over 10 years ago. It's scary to think that he died at age 40. That's pretty young.

I think Im old bc I remember all of them.80's was when wrestling was fun and they didnt have
such violent storylines.

Left out the Flying VonErics. All but one died.Sadly more old school wrestler will die soon bc of the unchecked use of roids in wrestling back then
