Nuking Doodle Earth III [Winner: Denominator]

The Nukes have been unleashed! Welcome to Nuking Doodle Earth III!!!
Due to the first tournament filling up quickly, I'm creating 2 more tournaments.
With the release of Nuclear spoils, I thought it would be fitting to have a tournament for CC to be able to get a feel for what it is like.
Map-Doodle Earth
Players Per Game-4
Initial Troops-Automatic
Fog of War-No
Reinforcement-Unlimited
Play Order-Freestyle
Spoils-NUCLEAR
This will be a 16>4>1 tournament... So win 2 games and you are the tournament champ!
