Is it possible for the whole map to become nuked into neutrals?
In this simple scenario, let say there are 3 players left - A, B and C. They each hold 1 territory each (due to nuking) . A eliminates B and takes his cards for a forced cash in. A now has 2 territories and C still has 1.
During the cash in, he nukes C's lone territory and also both his own territories in the process.

What happens?

it depends on the order he cashed them, when you cash they get nuked one at a time, after the first the game checks to see if there is a winner, if not it nukes the second then third. I believe this is how it works. so if he cashed his 2 territories first then he loses, otherwise player C loses.

How is the order on card cashing determined?

I guess by the order they're in your hand.

But then you have no control over which spoils to cash first! I wouldn't think it would be as random as that...could it?

Yes it could.

yeah, I;m pretty sure its the order they are in your hand. but you could try checking them in the order you want.

Won't work. The order you check them in won't transfer through http.

ive tried this and they are cashed in the order as how long you have had them in your hand for

That's not random though - the cards are in your hand by the order that you receive them. So if you hang onto cards for a long time they will get cashed in first. You don't have complete control, but it makes it interesting (and these situations would be quite rare anyway)
