Heads-Up Championship [Winner: lenesu]

It's easy to hide at a 10-player poker table. Put in your blinds when necessary and wait for the perfect cards. Heads-up play affords no such luxury. All attention is on the only two players participating in the hand. Can you handle the pressure and emerge the Heads-Up Champion?
With my first tournament underway and proceeding nicely, I decided to take a shot at another one. 
I realize there have been other similar, poker-based tournaments. I hope that doesn't affect the success of this one.
The field was cut down from 64 to 32.
