why some names not on leader board?

I was just wondering why are there some names that can be found when doing a search but not on the leader board?
1 example is ThaiRobert... did not see any post about him and he is out of the leader board..
Is he suspected of anything?

players are only shown on the leaderboard if they have been active in the last 30 days...........i think. So if ThaiRobert hasn't played in 30 days he won't be shown.

Thai depends on beign able to watch the games he is in like a hawk....effective strat...but very difficult over the chrissy new years holidays..
