This is pathetic:

From now on, anytime a recruit joins one of the games I am in, I will just leave, I am tired of starting new games with 5 people and 1 day later there is only 2 players taking there turn...

Adding an option to block new players from games sounds like a great way to bring more people to the site.

On a similar subject, I would like to see options where you could set up games where you could have an option to stop players below certain ratings i.e. if i set up a doubles game and i dont want a partner below a certain rank or rating, I should have the option. Usually because they deadbeat

Well as long as not everybody used it, new players would still find people to play against and not it wouldn't make a difference.

Not really. In an 8-player game, only one of the other 7 would need the setting on, and the recruit couldn't join. Plus, adding a feature that works "as long as everyone doesn't use it" is generally a bad idea.
