unless there was a thread filed against him, there is no way to tell as CC has a policy not to give out that kind of information.. the only way to tell is if he came back or someone else already knows..

multi with xruan, me and clapper brought this to C+A attention a month ago but it often takes a while for these things to be processed and multis to be confirmed.
