Think about it X...if the player really has done it, he may be doing you a favour...do you want to play someone that "strange"....many more fish in the sea, mate...

Anyone can use their foe list as they so choose. Nothing wrong with this in regards to the rules

He has a history of foe'ing players that beat him
Take it as a compliment, he's not very good, i only played against him once and got foed

Correction, he also foes people that he sees that have over a 90% chance of beating him as well. As a lieutenant, you fall way above that line.

A lot of people use the foe list like that, I don't think those are the types of people others generally like to play against anyways.
