Can I attack OUT of P.A.F.?
In this game it says I can assault other commanders, but can I also attack other regions that are adjacent? I managed to reinforce out of it but I'm not ending my turn yet because I'd like to have an answer on this question.

P.A.F. can only attack and reinforce as noted.

You were able to reinforce out of it because you were able to rein to an eligible commander, and then from there, to the adjacent territory

So can I or can I not attack adjacent territories?
