I'm new to conquer club and I'm going away for the weekend. Is there a way to not miss turns or maybe just bow out of my games

you cant bow out of your games

Get someone to 'account sit' for you so you don't miss turns.

Just send someone you trust or someone who offers to cover you, your password and they will ensure you don't miss any turns.
