For a while I liked Belize, then I Australia. Currently, my favorite UK Colony is Canada.

Belize is nice, only English speaking on the SA continent(Falklands are not on the mainland).

Two mistakes there. One, Belize isn't part of South America. Two, Guyana (formerly British Guiana) is part of South America, and they do speak English there.
Anyway I've always had a special place in my heart for Australia.

my bad then. I always though it to be on the northern coast of South America(to the east of the Yucatan peninsula).

I have not made it to Belize but some Americans I was talking to that own property on an Island there said not to hang around the mainland with your kids out side the gated communities.

We're talking colonies. Michigan (or at least Detroit) started out French. I'm talking about the parts of the USA that didn't start out French, or Dutch, or Spanish, or what-have-you.
