i posted this in Q & A but got no response so deleted it and putting it here instead.

In this game i have a truce with both pink and blue in Africa. Blue is peacefull borders and Pink is a no breaking bonus truce.
For those that don't wanna look, it's World 2.1 and i hold south and Centre, pink Nth East and blue Nth West.
Pink has just broken through me into Blues territory and moved across into south america reducing 3 of his bonuses.
Pink has now asked me to take his territory in Cameroon thereby blocking blue in so he will have to break the truce to get payback on pink. There is nothing to stop pink doing the same again next turn. He is taking full advantage of my agreement with blue and it seems a bit dodgy.
What should i do. Blue is the strongest on the board and pink is the smallest but i have had an agreement with pink for longer.
Is there any sort of CC etiquette that i should follow?
Sorry for the long post.
