SIX to EIGHT a night.it is a very effective sleep inducer.it is good for kidneys,heart and circulatory system.i dont drink liquer.i work alot of hours in a very stressfull job beer dulls the worry wart and eases the mind .i sleep like a baby. SUNTZU
