If he said "John McCain is a clean white and speaks well", would that be racist? Or was Biden speaking to the racist prejudices other people have.

I know that Biden is clean and articulate, but until I see the birth certificate I'm going to hold off on his ethnicity.

I think Jackson's exact words were "I wanna cut his nuts off" not "rip" them off. The former is a surgical procedure, the latter is assault.
