OK this guy is pissing me off and violating SO many rules. He has posted on my wall giving information he claims is right. He needs to be punished in some form for doing this as I think he has done this on other walls

Not much we can do except blacklist him.
A few mods have already done so and, I'm happy to say: Justin, you're the first guy on my blacklist.
