My hair is really fluffy today. Idk why. What things cause fluffy hair?

My diet consists of a lot of ruffage so I'm unusually vacated. Particularly in the morning.

It is not well known but fluffy hair is caused primarily by using too much toothpaste. Cut back man. Break the grip that vice has on you.
