The Fugitive [Winner = lordhaha]

A merciless serial killer has escaped prison! The city has called in the most ruthless bounty hunters to find and execute him. A bounty of $100 has been placed on his head.
All games will be with the settings: Escalating, Sunny, Automatic, Sequential, and Unlimited. I'll be taking 18 players and 2 reserves.
Round 1: The 18 players will be separated randomly into 3 groups of 6 players. Each group shall play 6 Terminator games. One player from each group shall take a turn playing as the fugitive in one of their games. The other 5 players shall be Bounty Hunters. Each player shall start will $150.
Scoring for Bounty Hunters:
Eliminate the Fugitive: $100
Eliminate another Bounty Hunter: $10
Get Eliminated by a Bounty Hunter: -$10 (They rob you)
Get Eliminated by The Fugitive: $-25 (He robs you harder)
Scoring for The Fugitive:
Eliminate a Bounty Hunter: $25
Get Eliminated: NO EFFECT
Survival Bonus: (The number of rounds before being eliminated) x ($10)
The maximum amount of rounds that the Fugitive may score points is 50. If the Fugitive wins the game, he will be credited as lasting 50 rounds.
When a player is the Fugitive, they get to pick the map. More than one person may pick the same map. The following choices are available:

After the 1st round (you'll have played six games, one where you were the fugitive), the top two players from each group shall advance to the 3rd Round. The players who place third in each group shall advance to Round 2. Ties shall be settled on Doodle Earth.
Round 2: The 3 players who placed 3rd will play one game on the Classic Map. The first player to be eliminated from that game will be eliminated from the tourney. The other 2 shall advace to Round 3.
Round 3: In Round 3, there will be 8 players remaining. Money earned from the 1st round shall carry over, but now it'll be easier to make money. The scoring shall switch to:

At the end of this, the player with the most money shall be crowned the champion of the tournament. If there is a tie, it will be settled with a best-of-3 battle on the Classic Map. If more than two players are tied, they will play another round of Fugitive with the same scoring structure.
If you want in, post on this thread, and post which map you will use for the entire tournament. I will not budge on the list of acceptable maps, as I'm sure many of you will ask me to.
