I remember seeing that before, lol Ukraine is not weak! (actually Ukraine's a pretty good spot to hold if you're going for Europe, unless you're in Newman's position with only a handful of guys...)

Yes, I am aware of the ironic paradox...
..and llamsagna may well give me 'heck' for vivo-bumping a Seinfeld clip thread...
But in this one particular case.
The (positive) Risk reference outweigh the (negative) Seinfelch context.
