Butters' "Greenland needs a Tourney" [Winner:danervinsucks]

Hello tournament players...
I've recently started playing tournaments (rather enjoying them) and thought I would take a stab at organizing one as well. I'm going to keep it super simple for myself, just to get a taste of what it involves! If it goes well, I'll do something a bit more creative and/or complex in the future!
This will be a 4 round tourney starting with 16 players. 1 game will be played at a time, so all member types are welcome.
Round 1: Players randomized into two groups of 8 and will play one game. Top 6 from each game advance (meaning the 1st two eliminated are out of the tourney).
Round 2: Players are rerandomized (it's a word now!) into two groups of 6 and will play one game. Top 4 from each game advance.
Round 3. Players are rerandomized into two groups of 4 and will play one game. The top 2 from each game advance to the final.
Round 4: Final! Winner wins. The rest don't.
Simple enough? I hope so!
