is it gonna be everyone plays all other 25 people? how many games at a time? I think 3 or 4 at a time wouldn't be bad?

Of course that's what it's gonna be! That's what you wanted!!
I think we'll start with 4 games (hopefully) and send invites fairly quickly after that. I think these games shouldn't last very long.
