Since the offense took place in a PM and not in game, he was forum banned, not website banned per the CC guidelines.

IT TOOK PLACE IN A WALL POSTING AND THE WAY I READ THE RULES ....3 STRIKES ON BIGOTRY AND GET A PERMANENT WEBSITE BAN
