Anyone watch this?
It's an old british sitcom that I was just reminded of for some reason.
It's quite amusing and a decent light-hearted intro into how government/politicians operate.
Eg. The hospital:
Edit: Oh, btw, the minister is only doing this because he needs a "win" to offset some recent public embarassment and thinks a photo op with the new hospital will be good. Also he's scared of it being discovered that there's no patients.
No, he's not doing it out of "civic concern"
