Tooltips For Us ColorBlind People

Sometimes it's really hard playing this game being colorblind the way I am. It would be real nice if we could hover over the numbers on the board or the region itself and have the owner of the occupying army popup as a tooltip so that we KNOW who it is rather than relying on my faulty eyes to tell me what color it is.
