Each match is best of 5 games on a map chosen by the participants.
Participants will also chose settings for FOG, INITIAL TROOPS, and SPOILS.

The normal "ENLISTED 16" tournament allows freemium players to play only 1 game at a time and is played on simple maps with predetermined settings.
The "Vets" tournament (this one) is designed to be more challenging. YOU pick the map and settings!

REQUIREMENTS
There is ONE requirement for this tourney: you must have a rank of Sergeant 1st Class or lower AND a score under 1600 at the time you sign up.

FORMAT
This will be a bracket 1v1 tournament with 5 games per match.*
The bracket and randomized matchups will be created using challonge.com.
I'm looking for 16 players.
There will be a consolation match to determine 3rd place.
*The final match will feature 7 games.

FREEMIUM FRIENDLY
This tournament allows for players with free accounts. BUT since there are 5 games per match freemium players MUST keep 3 SPOTS open for the tournament.
Consider carefully whether you can do this before signing up!
Matches with freemium players will have 3 games sent out at once and the remaining games will be sent as games are completed.

FORFEIT RULE
You will have 48 hours to accept invites for each round - this means you have 2 chances to accept an invite.
If you fail to accept twice you will either be replaced by a reserve (in the first round) OR
your opponent automatically wins and advances (after the first round).

CONCESSION RULE
In matches with freemium players the match will be considered over as soon as one player wins 3 games. The remaining games are unnecessary. The tournament will advance to the following round. (The participants may request to play remaining games if both agree to.)
