Accused:

deliberately threw a game we were in [a 1 vs 1] because he/she accused me of using 'scripts'. I have no idea what those even are, but I assure you I cheated in no way shape or form. The accused has taken turns in other games but missed turns in 'our' game. Also, in game 12744943 [which I am not a part of] the accused made another comment accusing an opponent of using 'scripts'. I'd love some sort of action taken against a player who is out to accuse people of no wrong doing - but understand this isn't a huge violation of the rules [but it seems to be of the unwritten rules - to throw a game]. Cheers and thank you for your time.
P.S. I absolutely love this site. You webmasters do a great job of keeping it a fun place to come day after day.

The guy is what is commonly refered to as a "tool". With an rating of 3.9 i suggest you FOE this player, give appropriate ratings and move on.
He never made a post that refers to you as cheater. obviously such a post would not have any merit. He did deadbeat, but only to save himself the anguish of haveing to play multiple turns in a gam ehe thinks is lost. His only 2 posts are about a surrender button, i guess he is no last guy standing type of person.
At best this will get noted, but its a good thing you wrote it down, and now its time to leave him in the mirrorshade, besides the trash along the road.

2261981, do you have more game numbers in which the accused player has missed 3 executive turns?
Or is this the only game??

it looks to be a single game only, though by the reactions of some games he tends to want to end it when he think its no more fun

Example of deadbeat games. These are some of the games he really deadbeated, but there are a whole lot of games he missed 1 or 2 turns and then got eliminated.

He also gives ratings based on nothing, lot of 1 and 2 stars to players that played a fine game but beated him.

Common sense prevails - if you are intentionally or continually making this community less enjoyable for others, you're going to be removed from it. It's that simple. This applies to any part of the site where interaction takes place; in Forums, Private Messages, Live Chat and Game Chat.

Just look in a handfull of game chats of any game he lost. He should get warned at the least, he is not just a tool, he is an complete moron and is making the game less enjoyable for every player he plays against.
