If Obama was a true patriot, he'd have his hands cut off so as to avoid any potentially controversially handshakes.

I'm not sure if one can blame Obama for shaking Castro's hand. I'd bet Obama didn't even know who he was, just "Hello, hello, hello" shaking everyone's hand who was within hand shaking distance.

So we're taking the view that it wasn't kind of cool of Obama to reach out to someone and maybe get the ball rolling towards the repairing of some bridges?

Whatever Castro's failings may or may not be, no one has ever accused him of being a paedophile, rapist and drug addict, like King Abdullah.

Obama or Bush, who's more offensive to shake hands with? Was that what you were asking?
I'd say Obama, but just because he's black. If both were white then it would be Bush.
Meh, it's probably still Bush though.

Actually, Bush did better than Obama in the Saudi handshake. It's haram to shake with your left hand or even touch the other person with it. Since it's culturally dirty, from wiping your ass with it. Obama touched the man's arm with his left hand...i'm sure the king knew better, since it's an American...but it's taken as a grave insult...in other words, you're no better than my shit.

You guys are reading way too much into a handshake. Decorum dictates that he shakes Castro's hand, especially at a funeral of a man of peace. It was a handshake and that is all, noting more, nothing less.

What about sapient claiming to wipe left handed, did I read too much into that?
Though I noted the exact same thing. Probably read too much into that.
