Remove '0' bonuses from panels

Concise description:

Remove all bonuses worth 0 armies from the overview panel

How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:

Make bonus lists easier to read
Removes frivolous bonus listings

do we really need to see all of this?
It can be worse on other maps, such as Krazy Kingdoms where there are overrides like crazy.
