• Players press b for "ready"; if all players press it then the rest of the waiting period is skipped

Specifics/Details:

• I suggest pressing b since players already press b to begin turn
• We finally have a programmer in charge, who can get things done.

How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:

• It will keep the advantage aspect of the waiting period but get rid of the disadvantage aspect
