Accused: aliakop
The accused are suspected of: (try to) Conducting Secret Diplomacy
Game number(s): Game 13937619
i ask him to talk strategy in the chat (write it on his wall) he answered in my inbox to do it by the inbox !
i wrote on his wall that its not allowed,
now he said in his rating i'm the one who is conducing Secret Diplomacy !!

man.... move on with your life.. just foe him and play the game...
wouldn't have been a bad idea for you to just post in game chat your "diplomacy" talks as well... no reason to wall someone other than to say "check game chat in x game"

I am closing this case, if I read it correctly there was no strategy discussed through Pm or wall communication.
Sniff
