Back to the good old times, when steam engines ruled the world. We all know shoveling coal to keep the fire going is hard work, so let’s find out who is up to the task and will become the Master Stokers!

This is the 36th tournament in the Lx Doubles Series (see below for more info).

Tournament Set-Up

• We will play 4 player doubles games with 16 teams.
• Bracket is single elimination and placement will be random.
• All rounds are best of 3 games.

• Initial Troops: Automatic
• Play Order: Sequential
• Spoils: Escalating
• Reinforcements: Chained
• Fog of War: Yes
• Trench Warfare: No
• Round Limit: None
• Round Length: 24 Hours

Signing Up

• At least one player on the team needs to be an officer (i.e., have 1600+ points at sign up).
• Minimum attendance rate: 97% of turns taken
• Sorry, only premiums.
• No signing up in advance, first come first go.
• Teams have to sign up in this thread.
• I will NOT hold a spot if you do not sign up with a partner.
• You can also sign up as a reserve player or reserve team.
• I reserve the right to deny any player entry in this tournament.

Rules & Notes
[spoiler=General LxDS Tournament Rules and Additional Notes]Notes:

• Once the invites for the games have been sent, you have 48 hours to join your games. If you fail to do so, the game may be registered as a loss for your team. If you need more time to join your games, please send me a pm and I'll see what I can do.
  
  
• If you find yourself without a partner during an ongoing round*, your team will lose all 3 games and your opponents will move on to the next round (or win the tournament if it’s the final round). If you find yourself without a partner in between rounds, you are allowed to sign up a new partner as long as the replacement player is an officer.
  
  *For any team a round is ongoing from the moment the game invites are sent until the round is decided.
  
  
• Account sitting is allowed, as long as it is done in accordance with the Conquer Club guidelines.
  
  
• The team that wins the round should post their win in this forum thread.

Additional Notes:

• I reserve the right to remove a player or a team from my tournament if I have a reason to do so. That reason could be:
  
  - Breaking my tournament rules
  - Breaking Conquer Club rules and/or guidelines
  - Unsportsmanlike conduct
  - Anything that disrupts the flow of my tournament
  
  
• I promise:
  
  - To run my tournament as honestly and fairly as possible
  - To run my tournament in a timely manner
  - To keep the participants informed on the progress of my tournament in this thread
  
  
• By signing up for my tournament you confirm that you understand these rules and notes and that you agree with them.
