His grammar is also atrocious ("your" instead of you're & "to" instead of too, etc.)

Sigh, well i dont condone his use of the f word but after looking on that chat i would like to add that he were kind of baited by the forkydemon...
This doesnt in any way make it ok, but it might be worth taking into consideration?

Are you serious? I got a warning for using the word fag once in game chat. Why is this even being questioned? Just send the warning and be done with it.

If you really think that you need more than "only one time the word fag?" then I would seriously question your competence as a moderator.
Why is the use of stereotypical hate speech less troublesome if only used infrequently?
Also it wasn't just the "only one time the word fag?".... did you notice the context? He said that I was probably a fag because I live in San Francisco. He used a highly offensive word coupled with a highly offensive stereotype.
What if I was from Oakland and he instead said "you're probably a nigger too". Would you have said "only one time the word nigger"?
