i wanna hold a tournament with only the people from belgium here
but since i don't really know how the tournaments are i would love to have a helping hand

Well, when you have a tournament idea and enough players that enter, you can ask the tournament privileged to AK_Iceman. And then you can make tournament games and send the info to the players.
