[*]12 Hour Fog Rule will be in effect
[*]New settings that are implemented after the start of the Cup will be excluded from wars (negotiable with specific approval of TO)

In the eve of battle a soldier returns from his scouting:
- My lord the Turks bring large army!
- How many? - asks the voievode
- About 10 thousand!
- We shall prevail, but bring me my red shirt...so that they don't see my blood in case I'm wounded!
...The battle unfolds, the Voievode and his army emerge victorious. A couple of months later, the story repeats itself. This time there are 20 thousand turks. The Voievode, undisturbed, asks again for his lucky red shirt and the army again emerges victorious.
Some months pass and the turks invade again.
- My lord - reports once more the returning scout - the Sultan brings his entire force to break us!
- How many? - asks the voievode
- 100 thousand!
- Prepare the troops and bring me my brown trousers.....
