If you are asking for a place within the site to found Forum topic you have subscribed then below is the link of the area, anytime you start a topic it will automatically be there otherwise scroll to the bottom of the page and check for the “subscribe” option.

its similar to what id be looking for, but say any of the '*'d forums i have, id like them to come up on the first page even if someone hasnt replied to it, maybe not even all of them, but yes that subscribe feature could do this i suppose
