Game Creation Labels
[spoiler=Game Creation Labels]The 1st Clan Contacts, and some 2nd Clan Contacts, have privileges to create the home games and invite their players. When creating a game use this tournament: "2018 [CLX] Premier Division". For your home games label the games with your clan abbreviation first, followed by "vs", followed by the away clan. For example, the first set of Round 1 is PHNX against FAD so PHNX should create their home games with the following label: R1 PHNX vs FAD The second set is the TS home games and the label should be: R1 FAD vs PHNX[/spoiler]

Posting Games
[spoiler=Posting Games]Every clan has to post their home games in the thread dedicated for that purpose: "[CLX] Active War Game Lists for Premier Division Only". Do not post them in this war thread. Furthermore, you only need to post the game numbers. No need to post the map and players. Please link the game numbers to the game. You can do this by highlighting each game number and and clicking the "Game" button above the textbox.[/spoiler]

I noticed that every game had at least one missing invite or more by the deadline when I checked. They were created only a few hours beforehand. S&M, FALL, and SOH all had missing @ deadline

Not a big deal. I haven't been MOW for CL since CL5 so I misunderstood that invites needed to be accepted by the Thursday deadline, I thought invites sent was sufficient.
We'll get them out sooner next time, no worries!

Yeah I skipped a year or two, didn’t realize limited extensions. I would have forgotten about the must be filled but I think there was a pm that went out, where I picked up on that one.

Imagine using things like random flat rate and Luxembourg and then complaining about drop in legitimate clan war maps.

This extension does NOT extend to your away games guys!

Deadline for filling the away games is today at 18:00hrs, CC Time.

5 Clans have not filled all games yet, 2 clans have not joined any away game yet!

For future ease / rule modifications, I would suggest when posting the games here

That clans also be required to post what password they used during game creation. That way clans that are trying to use players who have been away for 30+ days can get them to join games without having to PM the other clan and sit around waiting for responses that may/may not make them late. Or standardize the password for all clans for the event so everyones using the same thing in the rare instance its needed.
