Make your own on Adobe Photoshop like I did. 
EDIT: By the way, just to brag a bit, you will find no picture anywhere of Val Kilmer looking like that; I digitally added everything: the clothes, the beard and mustache, the hair, the eyebrows, and even his eyes are re-colored.
