Just check out this game: 945624.
Flat rate, enemy gains all wilds through out the whole game and never went up to five cards! While for me, I never gained wilds and always had to go up to five cards!

I have played a game where I got a set every three rounds, I think almost everyone was a mixed set, guess I got lucky But other games though, sometimes luck is not on my side, so I am pretty sure they are random

Yes, the colors and territories are random. You can turn in a Green Ukraine card and then immediately receive a Red Ukraine card after your turn, for an example...and no, randomier is not a word...proper Angloish is to say "How can it be any more random than that?"
