will it prevent the other party from transmitting those words so he/she is stymied from even doing it?

I'm guessing that it will just filter the words for you, not for everybody

The thing I find funny about this is, the user has to input the words he/she is too delicate to see. How do you do that without seeing them???
I'd love to be in the room for that brainstorming session.
Though honestly this is a good idea if it results in less BS in the C&A forums.
