Can everybody start playing after 12 hours, I mean when doing 1 vs 1? :p
if you mean that every one has to complete their turns in 12 hours no : no
if you mean the=at when you end a round everyone has to wait untill 12 hours : no
if you mean that you dont know if you have to wait 12 hours in 1v1: even if you end your turn last in a round as soon as an opponent starts their turn you can take yours
