i dont see how i cheated.
i gave the game to someone else. felt bad and wanted to make it up to you. just accept my apology, points, and put this behind us.

Obviously any gross abuse of the game is forbidden. This includes but is not limited to: throwing games or deliberately benefiting from thrown games, intentional deadbeating, serial teammate killing, hijacking accounts.
If i joined those games and took those points, we both would could have lost our premium.
what you did in the other game wasn't cheating at all. Just a standard suicide. Ironic considering you posted that [the game had all solid players, so no one would do anything stupid] but thats not what this thread is about.

I see what hes saying too, and he was drunk as hell... and as posted...no action needs to be taken... but no one can go offering points like this as payment for something
as game reconciliation its fine, but as a payoff for messing one up..its pretty close to the line...
this is as much a warning...not to mention payback...as anything else
i wasnt drunk as was he...but i had been up since 3am, and then watched a suicide attack in an hour and a half long game

Why put this out to the public? While Kid's offer was misguided, it was also noble in a way. I don't see a good reason to ruin a reputation over this.

someone's 'reputation' is not more important than maintaining order and following the rules. i like kid we play together alot. but i see no reason to turn a blind eye to blatant breaches of the rules.

It's called using discretion.

it was a single game, a warning is def good enough for this...

exactly! going by the book isn't always the answer.

im not trying to ruin his reputation...its clear he doesnt even think hes doing anything wrong... but now he wont do it again, and this will save his reputation...its clear i dont even think anything less of him...I dont expect anyone else will
but to have a guy suicide, give the game away, and then make an offer to give away points, inside of 5 minutes...id say he was due for a warning...and anyone who reads this, will now know this is actually against the rules
he never for a minute knew that it was...if i joined the games, and took the points, as someone may have done... or did it alot... point resets, warnings and blocks could have happened
he was drunk as he said and didnt mean anything by it... but he wont do it again...
i knew from the pms, that he didnt even believe me that it was against the rules...so here it is
