Suggestion for new option to set a limit on the number of turns for a game.b]

[b]Specifics:
I suggest that a new game option is introduced where a limit will be placed on the number of turns a game will run to. When that numbers is reached the winner will be the player with the most territories.

This will improve the following aspects of the site:

It will lessen the number os stacking games.

Won't this just completely change the nature of the game and strategies? Often times the one who goes out and gets the most territories early is the loser in the long run.

How would points work? What if there is a tie?
