in an assassin game, experienced player JM28Heat cashes a set of cards and travels 3 continents to find and finish off agent5's remaining target's countries to end the game, very stupid or very strange or collusion or just plain multi

agent5 and JM28Heat are cleared of being multis with each other. This i also their first game played together so far. From this game, it is strange for JM28Heat to assault like that, but who knows? Perhaps he didn't know it was assassin? Or was ruining a game for someone else? Or mistook this game for another? Anyway, if you feel they had a secret collusion, provide them the appropriate ratings for it.
