Out of all the foods that I have encountered in my lifetime, I would have to say that Green Beans are probably my most hated food item in the world. I just can't stand the string beanie texture, and the taste is something that I just can't come to grips with. Now, I like beans (pintos, lima, kidney,) and I will even eat edamame, but there is just something about string green beans that I just can't stand! Even if you cover green beans with lots of Velveta Cheese sauce, I just do not enjoy them.

I am not particular about big sloppy juicy tomatoes either, but I can eat a whole container of grape or cherry tomatoes no prob!

Papaya. Don't know why, but it tastes and smells like vomit to me.

Before everyone jumps on spinach, spinach leaves in a salad are pretty tasty, and deep fried spinach is outstanding.

The canned spinach from the school lunch rooms of the past was just awful.

But the actual answer is 1) Lima Beans or 2) Brussel Sprouts

Spinach is pretty good, and if I recall, creamed spinach is okay, if it's done well. But cooking spinach (or any other dark leafy green) is just terrible.

Liver. Most "organ" meats, in fact.

I will eat almost anything else.

spinach in a Saag Ghost(curry, Saag meaning spinach) is very nice indeed.

now i've voted for Broccoli, but it could of easily been cucumber, tomato(raw), cauliflower, brussel sprouts and/or cabbage.

If any of you were starving. And I mean literally starving, there'd be no food you hate.

Although, I have always been impressed at the restraint in many of the hungry when it comes to eating swine. In fact, that's one of the most impressive things about the Moslems I know who are struggling. No matter what, they'd rather starve than consume swine.

I don't think they hate it though. It's just unclean.

Do not many people know what Rocky Mountain Oysters are?

Anyways, mushrooms, RMOs, and tomatoes.

Mmmm... I love spinach. Always good. I've come to like mushrooms, and can stand tomatoes, but I'm just not a cucumber person... :|

I haven't tried them, so I can't say that I don't like them. That said, I'm not hungry enough to eat them.

We have a local party called "the turkey testicle festival" and though it's huge, I've never been that hungry either.


I'm not a fan of Beets, but I'd eat 'em.
But I hate fruit. All fruit except banana.
But I love fruit juice....

So whatever you hate, at least you like fruit.

I was going to add an amusing comment on this topic, but I can't think of anything more ludicrous than that anyhow.

Wow, a turkey testicle festival. The wild times people do have.

Looking at the tomatoe votes, reminded me of when my stepson was younger. He informed me that he did not like tomatoes, no matter how they were made. I paused and gently puzzled "I don't really think that is true?"

He replied "oh yes .. he hated tomatoes, period!".

I looked at him and said ,"but you like ketchup, spaggheti sauce & pizza". He looked baffled for a moment, the clarified "I don't like tomatoes, except in ketchup, spagghettie sauce and pizza"

(I did not argue .. though, of course there are other types he would eat .. sometimes its best not to push too hard )

I should clarify, I despise raw tomatoes. If it is ketchup, tomato sauce, or sometimes (depends) cooked, I'll eat it. Though both ketchup and tomato sauce are not pure tomatoes.

Nah, just the drainage down the back of your throat afterwards that tastes bad . .
