Need team player mentor

I would like to give team games a shot, but don't really want to sacrifice my points in the process. If you are a high ranked player that likes escalating and are willing to show someone the ropes I'd appreciate it. I prefer the straight forward maps like Classic. Sunny or foggy doesn't matter.
