Hired Gun (Assassin) [Winner: Sun Tzup]

Hello All,
I am currently looking for a good hit man to have at my side. Do you think you could fill this void?
Rules for the interview process are simple kill or be killed. The applicant that peaks my interest the most by surviving my tests will win and will be declared my right hand man, my Hired Gun.
Here are the specifics:

Once you have applied and you are accepted in the players list in the following post, you will await my tests that I will have for you to determine if you are the best assassin out there.
The testing process consists of the following:
1st Test (Round 1)
There are 40 accepted applicants at the beginning of this process. The first test will pair you up with 4 of your peers to see who has what it takes. Your destination (map) will be determined by me (random.org)
Settings for 1st Test are:
There will be 8 of you who are victorious and carry out the mission I have assigned you. You are the few who are in my good graces.
There will be 8 of you that have died in your conquest to be the Hired Gun, this will end your conquest. Best of luck in next time.
There will be 24 of you that didn't kill your target like I have asked, out of you 24 that do not successfully assassinate your target in my 1st test (round 1) I may choose up to 8 of you to give a second chance to.
Selection to have a second chance to be in my good graces is determined by me, my criteria is as follows:
DISCLAIMER: I hold all rights and decisions on whom I do & do not retain from the 24 that did not successfully assassinate their target in round 1. It is on the individual to post their case to be retained in this forum for consideration. I may not select 8 of those 24 to move on, it is entirely up to me. Carry out your mission, or do the best that you can and provide a solid case for yourself by your gameplay and you will have a shot to advance to round 2.
2nd Test (Round 2)
There will be at a minimum of 8 and maximum of 16 applicants at the beginning of this process. The second test will pair you up with 3 of your peers to weed out the weakest of you. Your destination (map) will be determined by me (random.org)
Settings for 2nd Test are:
There will be either 2 or 4 of you who are victorious and carry out the mission I have assigned you. You are the finalists for the designation as my Hired Gun.
There will be 2 to 4 of you that have died and there will be 4 to 8 of you that didn't kill your target like I have asked in your conquest to be the Hired Gun.Best of luck in next time.
3rd and Final Test's (Round 3)
Out of 40 now 2 or 4 of you will stand. The final test will pair you against all the rest of the remaining contestants for the job to see who is the last one standing. Your destination (map) will be Europe
Settings for 3rd and Final Test's are:
NOTE: In this round the remaining applicants may be playing up to 3 games at once, depending upon the number of people that received 2nd chances from round 1. However many they will all be 1 vs 1.
Its simple, you will be playing against the other 3 competitors. Win as many as you can, the applicant with the most victories wins. If its a tie then the tie breaker will be the victor of the heads up game between the two with the most victories.
Applicant A wins 2 but beats Applicant B
Applicant B wins 2 but loses to Applicant A
then Applicant A wins it all (tie-breaker heads up already determined)

(Corporal) or better at time of enlistment (post) - Applicant must have completed 5 assassin style games prior to enlistment (post)
- Applicant must have a 95% or better attendance rating
- Member must be a premium member (last round will have up to 3 games at once)

- Give an explanation why I should give you another shot
- #1. I will research your game to determine how good of an assassin you are. You need to actively seek out the destruction of your target and maintain your strength to get back in my good graces. If you think you will sit back and not get killed by not advancing on your target then you will not be determined in the further contention to be my Hired Gun
- #2. Creativity is a must, the more creative you are with the case of why I should retain your services even though you have failed my test the better it is for you
