This is my first tournament. Hopefully there will me more to follow (FYF II, etc..)

Fight Your Foe Tournament
Premium prize - 1 year being offered for fighting your foe and being victorious! (Must win entire tournament)
Idea: I'm sure everyone has at least 1 person on their "foe list" that they'd really like to hand a beating to! (or someone that put you as their foe that you'd like to play again)
How it works: Simply PM your foe with a link to this thread informing them you would like to play them for this tournament. Don't forget to mention the "catch" and Premium Prize!
Games: Best of 5 for each round all 1v1 just you and your "loved one" or actually the "one you love to hate"!

You will chose 2 games (maps & settings of your choice) and your foe will chose 2 games (maps & settings of their choice).
Game maps will alternate challenger / foe / challenger / foe.
There will be 2 games going so Freemiums are welcome as long as 2 spots left open - no waiting; 48 hours after game announcement it's a forfeit unless pre-arrainged. 5th game if needed will be played Doodle Earth, seq, flat, chained, sunny.
The catch: If your foe beats you..................
The foe takes your place in the tournament!
Number of players: 24 (Actually 48 due to challenges

I would like rounds 1 & 2 to be fought against foe's, so there will still be 24 in it on the 2nd round. After round 2 random pairings will be made with the remaining players until last man standing. Each player will still chose maps they would like to play. I suggest maybe doing some homework should you advance since you'll be on someone elses map.
If joining please post to this thread and include player name that you would like to challenge with maps/settings for yourself. Should your foe accept the challenge, have them post accepted challenge by "player" and list their maps/settings. Foe block will have to come off at least long enough to join games by both players.
***In the event that someone does not have a foe willing to join for first or second round (trying to steal their spot in the tournament should be incentive) but some will decline because they are a foe for a reason; then participant would have option to post "open challenge" in this thread or challenge a friend. It is prefered to post the "open challenge" 1st. But remember, if it's a friend....get beat & they take your place just like the foe would!!!
